  • All Bennett Office Equipment employees have just completed a six week course on "Building Customer Confidence". The course focused on enhancing our relationships with our clients, and explored ways to offer Bennett Customers with a positive experience each time they interact with our employees. 
              Our employees learned how to better manage difficult situations, improve communicaitons and the importance of honor commitments made, regardless of the costs.
  • Our Sales and Technical Solutions Specialists are exploring how Bennett Office equipment can help School Districts become more productive and better manage their copier fleets. There is currently a pilot program developed by Bennett Staff, that allows students, faculty and administrators to use their current school ID badges to "login" to their copiers on campus and complete a number of functions including copying, scanning and faxing. All usage is reported to an administrator, who not only can track copier usage, but also set daily, weekly or monthly limits, per ID badge.        

      

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  • Watch for the Hot Wheels! – Bennett Office Equipment has recently contracted to have its service vehicles custom painted to promote and advertise our business. The Scion XB's will have a NASCAR look, as they will be painted in bright orange, red and blue colors with racing stripes. You can see a model of the car racing across our website on different pages. Please look for one of our nine service vehicles in your area, as we are delivering products and servicing equipment, to meet our customer’s expanding needs!
  • We’re Growing! -To better serve our customers, Bennett Office has expanded its office space. Departments such as parts and supply have been expanded to better respond to our customer's needs. We have also recently purchased additional warehouse space - positioning us to respond and accommodate the inventory levels needed to satisfy even the most demanding customer requirements.
